I think Anakin would have been much more grounded had Qui-Gon trained him because Obi-Wan was as much of a rival as he was a mentor. On the galactic capital Coruscant, however, he learned that the chips conditioned the clones to become hostile against the Jedi. Jedi Knights Anakin and Obi-Wan, with Padawan Ahsoka, travel to the planet Taloraan in hopes of gaining some useful allies for the Republic. His actions at the Temple would certainly suggest that he was serving Palpatine (the head of the Republic Senate) and opposing the Jedi, so the clones may have accepted him as "loyal", whereas the other Jedi were seen as "traitors".
